Merchandise Return - U.S.A. Customers

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

Merchandise received damaged or defective may be returned for a refund or replacement.Please contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Any item returned to Chicago Knife Works must have a RMA number.All returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date to the following address.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

 

  1.   Wrap item in proctective packaging
  2. Place item & packaging in manufacturer box/bag

  3. Place manufacturer box/bag inside an appropriate shipping box.

  4. Include a copy of return paperwork and drop it off at the nearest USPS or UPS location depending on what courier service shipping label you have .

 

WARRANTY RETURNS

Please call (773) 799-5555 for information regarding the return of broken or defective items covered under factory warranty. We will be happy to assist you in these matters, however,

some manufacturers require the consumer to send damaged items directly to them.

RESTOCKING FEE

Non-defective merchandise returned to us for any reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This policy pertains only to merchandise returned to us in its original condition and within 30 days of the invoice date. Items received after 30 days will be rated at our discretion.
